Important Notes
- There is a particular group for the Immigration Office and universities in Turkey where questions about residence permits are addressed, and important announcements are shared. Students must regularly check the group's messages and share relevant announcements with other students. (YÖK GÖÇ TEMSİLCİLER GRUBU).
- If a student is notified of missing documents in their file, they must visit the Immigration Office to inquire about the missing document and submit it. The university bears no responsibility in this regard.
- Files without a fingerprint registration number cannot be accepted. Students must visit the Immigration Office with their residence application file, student certificate, and passport to obtain the fingerprint number. They can then return to the university to submit their file.
