Dersin Amacı
Bu dersin amacı; beslenme ve ekolojisi ilişkisine yönelik temel kavram ve kuramları öğretmek, dünyadaki çeşitli çevre, iklim, beslenme ve gıda sorunlarına ilişkin bilgiler kazandırmaktır.
Ders İçeriği
Bu dersin içeriğini; ekoloji ile ilgili kavramlar, gıda sistemleri, ülkelere göre besin rehberleri, ekoloji ve beslenme etkileşimi oluşturmaktadır.
Dersin Öğrenme Çıktıları
- Ülkelerin beslenme rehberlerini karşılaştırır.
- Ekoloji ile ilgili temel kavramları açıklar.
- Beslenme ve ekoloji arasındaki ilişkiyi açıklar.
