POL 009 - Toplumsal Cinsiyet ve Siyaset

Bu ders, küresel bir perspektiften kadınların i siyasete katılımı üzerine çağdaş bir bilim araştırması sunmaktadır Kadınların siyasi faaliyetlerini, siyasi sistem üzerinde kadınların taleplerini ve kadın hareketlerinin farklı bağlamlardaki siyasi etkilerini ele almaktadır.

Bu modül, daha geniş toplumsal cinsiyet ve siyaset alanındaki karşılaştırmalı vaka incelemeleri yoluyla ülkelerdeki gelişmelere ve sorunlara odaklanır.

Vize ve final sınavı iki saatlik yazılı sınav olacaktır. Adayların dörtlü listeden seçilen iki soruyu yanıtlamaları gerekecektir.

Attendance and participation are required. An attendance register will be taken at the start of each lesson. Two periods of lateness will count as one absence. Laptops can be used for taking lecture notes only. All mobile phones must be switched off completely before the lesson begins. Students should come to class prepared to discuss the weekly reading assignment.
